Fundraiser Projects:

Hoodie Sweatshirt Sale: We held a contest to see who could design a CVMS design for a Hoodie Sweatshirt.  We contacted Terry’s Tees at terrystees@hotmail.com to get prices.  Our CVMS Hoodies sold for $20 each. The money will be used to help us pay for transportation to Murray State for the Regional TSA competition events.

Powder Puff Football:  As a fundraiser this fall, the CVMS TSA planned a Powder Puff Football game.  The students were eager to pull this together, as the 8th grade girls planned defensive moves against the 7th grade girls.  The boys were eager to have their chance at cheering the girls on.

Current Projects

Toilet Paper Drive:  Each year, the CVMS TSA holds a toilet paper drive for the Bouleware Center in Owensboro. The drive is during the week of Halloween to encourage students to bring in rolls of toilet paper for the homeless, instead of using it for Halloween pranks.

Can Food Drive:  The CVMS TSA collects cans of food for the Pitino Shelter for Thanksgiving.

"TSA: Twenty-five Years of Excellence"

Formerly known as AIASA, the Technology Student Association (TSA) celebrated its 25th anniversary in June 2003.   Efforts to the establish TSA started in 1958, chartering the first 17 states by 1978.  The rich history of TSA spans four decades and has grown to include international chapters.  TSA has expanded its educational program to include leadership development and curriculum based competitive events in grades K-12.  We have chosen to commemorate these TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF EXCELLENCE by sharing in the history of TSA. Visit the link above to learn more.
